The Jesolo Lido Pool Villa, designed by Jacopo Mascheroni and Diego Magrì at JM Architecture, is the first of nine future residence in the cozy town of Jesolo Lido in Italy. It is a custom designed prefabricated wood structure and structures works as a flexible and anti-seismic system, which also avoids thermal bridges. Because of the small dimensions of the plot, the design goal has been directed in leaving as much open space as possible making the rather small villa seem a lot bigger.

The indoor living area has transparent sides, which open, towards two different-sized patios. The largest one, to the west, features a long swimming pool, which takes the entire length of the space, and two planted square inserts. Perfect for chilling with friends and taking an early afternoon drink. The 4-meter roof overhang to the west allows having enough shading during the hot summer months and allows placing a covered outdoor seating and dining areas.

As always with JM Architecture, their pursuit of simplicity and linear solutions represents a large part of their design work and this villa is an perfect example of that.
