PURCHASE ON APPROVAL
According to ”Distans- och hemförsäljningslagen” (Law for Distance- and home selling) you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days – please refer to the tag ”Right to withdraw”
With Frontmen.com you have 30 days purchase on approval, provided that the merchandise is in its original condition and has not been used (you may of course try it on carefully – for underwear however the original packing must be unbroken for hygienic reasons). The right to purchase on approval starts the day you received your shipment. If you wish to use this right you are to return the merchandise to us within 30 days from the day you received it or inform us, preferably in writing, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise. You should then return the goods to us as soon as possible. We are grateful if the original packing (wrapping, tags, etc.) is returned, but this is not a demand. We would appreciate if you use the bag or the box in which you received the goods to pack your return. If you return shoes it is important that you do not stick the return label directly to the inner box, but affix to the outer box/bag.
Reimbursement of the amount you paid for the goods is made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after that we have received your merchandise in return.

For returns from Sweden, Denmark and Finland: Return the goods to us and please use the bag or box that you received the goods in and the prepaid return label that was packed together with your merchandise.
Complete the return form and place this together with the merchandise. Hand in your shipment to one of PostNord pick up/return offices (Postens Utlämningsställe). The returns are free. If you chose another way to return your goods you will have to pick up the full freight costs yourself. Please contact us if you feel uncertain of how to act.
For returns from addresses outside Sweden, Denmark and Finland: please return to below stated address. You pick up the return charge yourself.

Contact us as soon as possible and inform us which product/size you want enabling us to reserve it for you. Use the return label and complete the return form with information of what you want in exchange.Place the form together with the merchandise and return it to us. Please remember to fill in your name and order number. We will post the merchandise you have chosen as soon as we have received your goods back with us. For exchange of goods that was sent to Swedish, Danish and Finish addresses we will pick up the return freight charges (please observe – valid for Sweden, Denmark and Finland only).

If you find that the shipment is damaged, please report this to the vendor that delivered the parcel to you or where you picked it up. If you discover other damage to the goods after that you have opened your parcel, please contact us. We will send you a replacement product immediately if the goods is in stock. If the merchandise you wanted is out of stock, you are free to choose another or to receive what you paid back. Reimbursement will be made immy and no later than within 14 days after that we have received the goods in return. We will of course pick up the full cost for the return to us.
Should you have received something you did not order or should the merchandise be faulty, please contact us and we will immy rectify the mistake without any cost to you.
